Ingredients
Bread 3 slice
Milk 1 cup
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
all-purpose flour 1 cup
corn flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Salt for egg 1 pinch salt
bread crumbs
Oil for frying
How to cook:
The first step, take 3 slices of bread and add 1 cup of milk and leave for 5 min. Now take 1/2kg boneless chicken to add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp black pepper,1tsp white pepper, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp garlic paste,1/2 tsp Oregano mix it well for 2-3 minutes. Now add the bread to the chopper and chop it well.
In the second step, ​take 1 cup of all-purpose flour, cornflour,1 tsp of chicken powder mix it.1 egg add 1 pinch of salt mix it well. And take breadcrumbs as required.
In the third and last step make nuggets and dip in the mix powders you make before and then dip in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Now heat the cooking oil for frying on low flame until a few breadcrumbs dropped in the oil start to sizzle immediately. Fry the chicken, in batches if needed, until golden brown and cooked through, a couple minutes per side. Drain on a paper towel and serve with ketchup.
