Chicken Paratha Roll Recipe
All-purpose flour
Red chili
Garlic & Ginger paste
Green chili
Crushed coriander
crushed cumin
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbs
Vinegar 1 tbs
Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Corn flour 1/4 Cup
Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
Cooking oil for frying
Mayonnaise 3 tbs
In a bowl, add 3 tsp cream,1 tsp Garlic ginger paste,1 tsp green chili,3 tsp yogurt,1 tsp salt,1 tsp red chili,1/2 tsp turmeric powder, crushed cumin,black pepper, and then mix it well. After that add boneless chicken and marinate for 15-20 min.
Making sauce you can add Green chili, mint,coriander,1 tsp salt, and chop it. Add 2 cups yogurt and 3 tsp of mayonnaise and mix it well.
Now making dough for paratha 3 cup all-purpose flour and 3 tsp oil kneed with warm water as required. kneed it well. leave for 30 min. now making Partha roll view video for full steps.
In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry marinated chicken until golden brown.
On paratha, add iceberg, crispy fried chicken, and drizzle prepared fusion spicy sauce and wrap with paper & serve (makes 2-3).
