What Ingredients for Chow Mein?
capsicum 1 cup
carrot 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Spring onion 1/2 cup
cooking oil 2 tsp
sesame oil 1tsp
Chilli sauce 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Ginger and garlic paste 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Corn flour 1tsp
How do You Make
In a bowl add 1 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp garlic & ginger paste, 1 tsp black pepper,1 tsp salt,1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp cornflour, Mix it well and set it aside. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Boil water as required for boiling spaghetti. Add salt 1 tsp
Add spaghetti and boil for 8-10 min Add 1 tsp cooking oil
Drain the water Add some oil.
In a bowl whisk together soya sauce, Chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornflour.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan Add chicken (working to leave a little space between pieces so they’ll brown) and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
Turn and continue to cook until cooked through, about 2 – 3 minutes longer.
Add cabbage and saute for 2 minutes, then add carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger and pour soy sauce mixture saute 1 – 2 minutes longer until veggies are all crisp-tender.
Toss in noodles mix it well and then Serve warm.
