Bake tasty and healthy pound cake without any artificial flavors and take with tea.
Ingredients:
Eggs 4:
Icing sugar 1 cup
Cooking oil 1cup
All-purpose flour 2 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Baking powder 1.5tsp
Making method:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place the oven rack in the center of the oven.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, mix them well for 2-3 min. Add 1 cup Icing sugar mix it for 5 min.
Add 1 cup cooking oil beat it.
In a bowl of All-purpose flour add 1/2 tsp salt and 1.5tsp baking powder mix it well. After that add, 1tsp Vanilla essence Add the mixed flour gradually mix it for 2-3 min and the dough is ready for bake. Grease the loaf pan with cooking oil and sprinkle the flour and pour the dough in a loaf pan and put it into the oven bake the cake for 45-50 min. Take a toothpick to check if the toothpick comes out clean cake is done!
Remove the cake from the oven and place it on a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the pan and cool completely and cut it into pieces.
